All users who Pre-Enroll into the Car Buyer Club/Executive Car Buyers Association  understand and agree with all of the following statements:

  1. I understand that I will be pre – enrolling into the Association.
  2. I understand that my membership will NOT become active until the date that the Association officially opens for business.
  3. I understand that that date is expected in July, 2010.
  4. I understand that I may not be eligible for some benefits of membership until such date.
  5. I understand that the Association will contact me via email with important information.
  6. I understand that the Association does not sell cars.
  7. I understand that I will purchase my new vehicle from an authorized automobile dealer.
  8. I understand that some automobile manufacturers may not participate in the Association.
  9. I understand that no automobile manufacturers are currently participating and that by Pre-Enrolling I am helping to attract their attention by letting them know I am serious about buying a new car.
  10. I understand that to participate in the networking referral commission program that I will have to complete and sign a participant (Distributor) application at a later date and before I can receive any benefits of membership.
  11. I understand that I may not use unacceptable or illegal terms in attracting other Members.
